Refund Policy

Welcome to EduWaylf. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments made for online courses, lecture classes, and contest enrollments may be refunded. By purchasing or enrolling in any course or service on our platform, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Eligibility for Refund

We aim to offer student-friendly support wherever possible. Refunds may be applicable under the following conditions:

a. Payment Failure but Amount Deducted

  • If the payment transaction fails but the amount is deducted from your bank account, the deducted amount will be automatically refunded within 6–7 business days by the payment gateway or bank.

b. Inability to Access the Course After Successful Payment

If a student is unable to access a course or lecture even after a successful transaction due to a technical issue:

  • We will either provide a full/partial refund, or

  • We may choose to extend the course validity/duration, depending on the nature of the issue.

This decision will be made on a case-by-case basis after verification by our support team.

c. Refund Request Within 48 Hours

  • Students can request a refund within 48 hours of course purchase if they have not significantly used the course or content.

  • After 48 hours of purchase, no refund requests will be entertained.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the student has accessed or completed a significant portion of the course or downloaded material.

  • If the refund request is raised after 48 hours from the date of purchase.

  • If the student appears for an exam and does not score well or fails — EduWaylf is not responsible for exam outcomes.

  • For contests where the minimum number of enrollments are not met, rewards may be reduced or contests may be cancelled, and refunds will not be applicable unless explicitly stated.

  • If the content was delayed or missed due to issues on the user’s device, internet, or personal constraints.


3. Contest & Reward-Specific Policy

  • In the case of contest-based enrollments, if a test is cancelled due to low participation, EduWaylf may:

    • Reschedule the exam,

    • Offer course credit, or

    • Provide a refund in exceptional cases, based on internal review.

  • Changes in contest format, reward structure, or deadlines are at the discretion of EduWaylf and are not grounds for refunds.


4. Course Cancellation Policy

  • Course cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of purchase.

  • No cancellation or refund will be accepted after 48 hours under any circumstance.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at edu@waylf.in with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email ID

  • Course/Order ID

  • Reason for refund request

  • Screenshot or proof of payment (if needed)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–5 business days.


6. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original mode of payment.

  • It may take 6–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.


7. Final Decision

All refund-related decisions are at the sole discretion of EduWaylf and are final and binding.
