1. Service Overview

• The courses are designed to guide and support your learning, but we do not guarantee success in any examination.

• While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content, we are not liable for any errors or omissions that may occur.

• Questions used in practice exams or mock tests may not reflect the actual questions in official exams.

2. Contests and Rewards

• From time to time, we conduct contests or scholarship-based tests where top-performing students may be eligible for rewards.

• If a minimum number of students do not enroll, EduWaylf reserves the right to cancel the contest or reduce the reward amount.

• All decisions made by the EduWaylf team regarding contest results and eligibility are final and non-negotiable.

3. Payments and Refunds

• If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank account, the amount will be automatically refunded within 6–7 business days.

• If a student is unable to access or utilize the course even after successful payment, we will either:

  • Issue a full or partial refund, or

  • Extend the course validity, depending on the situation and at our discretion.

• Course cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of purchase. No cancellations will be entertained after this period.

• Refunds will not be applicable in case of failure in exams or dissatisfaction with personal results.

4. Disclaimer and Limitations

• EduWaylf is not responsible for any student’s failure in exams after taking our courses.

• We make no guarantees about the specific questions that may appear in any examination.

• If a question in our content is found to be incorrect, we will take corrective action, but we are not legally liable for any such error.

• In the event of a technical issue, such as website crash during an exam, we will reschedule the test or offer an appropriate alternative.

• We welcome your feedback and suggestions to improve our services.

5. Account and Privacy

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

• Sharing account access or course content with others is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension without a refund.

6. Changes to Terms

• EduWaylf reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of the platform after changes are posted will indicate your acceptance of the revised terms.

• It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

7. Mock Test Contests

1. Non-Refundable Courses:
   Certain courses listed on our platform are strictly non-refundable. Please read the course details carefully before making any payment, as no refund requests will be entertained once the purchase is completed.

2. Time-Based Mock Test Contests:
   Our mock test contests are designed to reward not just accuracy but also speed. Participants scoring the highest marks in the least amount of time will be declared the winners. In case of a tie in marks, the participant with the faster completion time will be given priority.

3. Variable Winning Amounts:
   The final winning amount for any contest is subject to change and may vary depending on the number of participants. If participation is lower than expected, the prize amount may be reduced proportionally.

4. Participation Requirement:
   To qualify for the prize, participants must complete the test within the defined time frame. Incomplete attempts or violations of contest rules will lead to disqualification.

5. Final Decision:
   All decisions made by the organizing team regarding rankings, prize amounts, and eligibility will be final and binding.

8. Exam Attempts and Winner Selection

1. Single Attempt Validity:
   If a participant attempts the same exam multiple times, only the first attempt will be considered valid for evaluation.

2. Winner Selection Criteria:
   Winners will be selected based on a combination of highest score and fastest completion time. The participant who achieves the best score in the shortest duration will be declared the winner.

3. Disqualification on Multiple Attempts:
   Any attempt to manipulate or bypass this rule by taking the exam multiple times may lead to disqualification from the contest.
